Meet Our Team
Joe is the managing partner of the Wealth Conservation Group. He has been in the insurance industry since 1979 when he started his career as an agent with New York Life. He is notably recognized throughout the industry and offers financial planning services through Eagle Strategies LLC, a registered investment adviser, providing guidance to clients on conserving their wealth through effective financial and estate planning. His business focuses on assisting high net worth clients and small business owners in pension planning, wealth management, retirement planning, insurance and estate planning.
Joe has been a member of the Chairman’s Council at New York Life since 1980* and is a prestigious Lifetime member of the Million Dollar Round Table* (MDRT) where he is a selected Life, Honor Roll, and Top of the Table member. He is also a member of the Nautilus Group®, a service of New York Life Insurance Company, and has extensive experience in case design for high net worth clients in estate and business planning. Joe actively engages many well-known charitable organizations focusing on estate planning for wealthy donors, and is currently a member of the National Committee On Planned Giving and the Charitable Estate Planning Council of Long Island.
Joe works with leading estate planning attorneys and certified public accountants and is a sponsor for industry seminars for specialists in estate and elder law, pension, personal and corporate income tax management. He has been recognized for receiving the National Quality and National Sales Achievement awards and was selected to serve on New York Life’s Agent Advisory Committee. He has been a guest speaker for NYLIC University broadcasts on advanced insurance and estate planning and for leading Long Island companies on Executive Compensation and Retirement Planning. Joe also lectures on Long Term Health Care for senior citizens throughout retirement communities on Long Island.
Joe holds the designations of Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC®), Certified Financial Planner(TM) (CFP®) Professional, Certified in Long Term Care (CLTC®), is a member of the Society of Financial Professionals, Financial Planning Association, National Committee on Planned Giving, and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Stonybrook University. Mark is a partner of the Wealth Conservation Group. As a financial professional, he has spent over 30 years focusing his efforts on comprehensive financial planning, providing high net worth individuals, business owners, executives and physicians with innovative solutions to achieve their personal, financial and legacy goals.
Mark holds the designations of Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC®), Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU®), and a Master of Science in Financial Services (MSFS) from The American College. He is also certified in Long Term Care (CLTC®) and AEP®. Mark received his B.S. in Quantitative Analysis from St. John's University.
He is a member of the National Association of Estate Planners and Councils and National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors. Paul is a financial advisor and a partner of Wealth Conservation Group with more than 27 years of experience in building custom-tailored financial plans with a high level of expertise and integrity for his clients. He focuses on working with business owners, executives, physicians and retirees in the areas of estate planning, asset management and retirement income strategies.

Paul holds a Master of Science in Financial Services (MSFS) degree from the American College, is a Chartered Financial consultant (ChFC®) and a Retirement Income Certified professional (RICP®). Paul received his B.S. in Finance from St. John's University.
Keith is a partner of Wealth Conservation Group with 14 years of experience building comprehensive plans to help his clients achieve personal and financial objectives. He works with a wide range of clients, primarily focusing on business owners, executives, physicians and retirees to formulate customized solutions that include estate planning, asset management, and retirement income strategies. Keith is currently taking graduate level courses in estate and retirement planning to enhance his training and education.
Keith takes great pride in building long term relationships grounded in trust and mutual understanding. He ensures his clients are well informed throughout the planning process, educating and empowering them with a true understanding of how each component of the plan contributes to overall successful goals.
Keith graduated from Marist College in May of 2003, and resides in Long Beach, New York with his wife, Danielle and their daughter, Catherine.

Drew is a partner and financial advisor at Wealth Conservation Group. In his day-to-day, he focuses on helping clients develop and execute wealth strategies that align with their goals. Drew enjoys making a difference for his clients, and he understands the importance of listening first, advising second. As a result, every plan he makes is specifically designed to address the unique needs of each client.
With over two decades of experience under his belt, Drew is passionate about making life easier for his clients. He educates them on their financial life, walks them through their options, and gives them the information they need to make the decision-making process easier. Throughout his career, Drew has proudly come to think of his clients as friends and family, and he appreciates the deep connections he’s forged with every one of them.
Drew works with a diverse set of clients, but his sweet spot is in helping small business owners and those nearing retirement. He understands that the decisions these clients make today can have a big impact on their future financial well-being. His focus is on lifting the burden of preparing and planning off their shoulders and helping them understand what’s needed in order to reach their goals.
Education & Background
Drew graduated from James Madison University with a degree in Finance in 2001. For his first two years out of college, he worked on the New York Stock Exchange. In 2003, Drew joined his father’s advisory firm and has continued to provide personal planning services here ever since.
Drew is a Life Underwriter Training Council Fellow (LUTCF®) professional and NAIFA member.
Community Involvement
Drew enjoys being an active member of his church, the Centerport United Methodist Church. He currently serves as the Finance Chair on the church board.
Personal Life
Drew and his wife, Dana, have lived in Northport, NY since 2006. In his opinion, Northport and its small town charm is one of the best places to live and raise their three kids, Gavin, Devon, and Rory.
Living right on the water, Drew and his family love going out on their family boat in the summer. In fact, their most memorable family vacation was spent swimming, snorkeling, and having tons of fun in the sun on a Disney Cruise. In the winter, the family enjoys taking ski trips to upstate New York, Maine, and Colorado.
Drew loves to get outside and get active. Running is his go-to exercise, which he calls his natural anti-anxiety cure. He tries to squeeze in a running session whenever he can, but he and Dana are kept busy all year long managing their kids’ sports practices and schedules.
Amy has a been a valued staff member for more than a decade, and works diligently to help ensure information is effectively passed between clients and their financial professionals. She is a natural-born problem solver, which she puts to good use communicating proactively and efficiently with both her team members and clients.
As you begin the onboarding process, Amy will walk you through each step and answer any questions along the way. Her primary goal is to make sure you and your financial professional are on the same page at all times. She’s a true jack of all trades and an invaluable asset to our firm’s operations.
Amy and her husband are avid travelers and love finding new places to explore. She enjoys spending time on the beach, especially in Mexico, as well as attend outdoor concerts in the summer.
Michael has been a valued member of our team since 2021. In aligning with our mission to provide exceptional client service, Michael works diligently to help our existing clients in any way he can. He strives to ensure our new clients experience a seamless onboarding experience when joining the firm.
When he’s not in the office, Michael loves to travel and watch sports. He currently resides in New York City, and he thoroughly enjoys exploring everything the city has to offer.
Since 2016, Janet has been a valued member of our team and worked closely with clients serving as their advocate and guide through the enrollment process.
She’s always available to help clients make changes to their coverage and be their “problem solver” if challenges arise. She ensures clients always have a clear understanding of their benefits and feel comfortable reaching out anytime they have a question.
In her free time, Janet loves to garden, hike and spend quality time with her family.
Jessie joined our staff in 2022. Originally from Kansas, Jessie embodies the warm hospitality of the Midwest, providing all clients genuine care and attention. Jessie helps ensure our clients' needs are met, leaving no stone unturned. At the core of her role, she expertly handles daily scheduling while maintaining a delicate balance between company owners and clients through open and effective communication. Everything Jessie undertakes, she does with dignity and pride, never leaving a daily task undone. Her dedication to excellence shines through, making her a pivotal force on the team.
Beyond the office, Jessie embraces an active lifestyle, engaging in competitive volleyball and riding the surf. Her evenings are filled with karaoke and dancing, surrounded by her cherished family and friends. A self-proclaimed foodie, Jessies passion for dining with her loved one’s is unmatched.
